North End Shuttle operates primarily in Virginia Beach, Virginia and the greater Hampton Roads area.
What types of vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes:
Cadillac Escalade: Seats up to 6 passengers, fully equipped for comfort.
Mercedes Sprinter Van: Accommodates up to 14 passengers, ideal for group travel.
Limousine: Perfect for 7 passengers seeking luxury and style.
Are your vehicles equipped with Wi-Fi?
Yes, select vehicles, like the Mercedes Sprinter Van, come equipped with onboard Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Is there a minimum ride duration or distance?
Escalade: Minimum 2-hour booking required.
Limo and Sprinter Van: Minimum 3-hour booking required.
Do you provide child seats in your vehicles?
No, we currently cannot provide child seats. If you require additional accommodations, please let us know in advance.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
We understand plans can change. Contact us directly to cancel or reschedule your booking. There is a $25 fee for last minute cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo.
Are your services available 24/7?
Yes, North End Shuttle operates around the clock to meet your transportation needs at any time.
How far in advance should I book?
While we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, we can accommodate urgent requests depending on availability.
