When I started North End Shuttle, I had one simple idea: give our community the kind of ride service we actually deserved. Something reliable. Something professional. Something that felt like it was built for Virginia Beach - because it was.
For two years, that's exactly what we did. Early morning airport runs. Late-night pickups. Wedding days where every minute mattered. Business travelers who trusted us to get them there on time, every time. We showed up, and you showed up for us right back.
After a lot of reflection, I've made the decision to close North End Shuttle. This wasn't a hard landing - it was a choice made with clarity and peace. The industry is shifting, and I'd rather step away on my own terms, proud of what we built, than wait for the road to get rougher.
To every client who trusted us with your ride, your wedding day, your business trip, your night out - thank you. You made this more than a business. You made it a source of real pride.
The North End raised me. And getting to serve it, even for a little while, was one of the best things I've ever done.
